The contract was for public realm improvements to Perth's main shopping area, delivered in 4 phases with final completion taking place 2 weeks early, to improve the underlying structure of the street as well as enhancing the aesthetics of the area. It included the excavation and construction of concrete road slab, installation of granite paving and kerbing, gullies, 'Envirodrain' drainage channel, new covers, street furniture and tree pits.
