The project is for the construction of a building platform for the new Biomass Power Plant. This involves the import from the adjacent power station of 200,000t of PFA fill. Also included is the construction of a new access roundabout and road along with associated drainage and band drains. The provision of services for new facility and rearranging of existing facilities at gatehouse is also part of the scope. A drainage ditch was diverted as part of the contract, under a SEPA CAR licence.
