This SBC contract comprised of the formation of a new roundabout on the main A772, in front of the Dobbies Garden Centre. Within the site a new access road and car park were formed to allow for a future development. Service duct installation included water, gas, telecoms and streetlighting to roundabout and car park. Drainage and planting were also included in the contract.

Principal Elements included:

Earthworks 10,000m3 (1,300m3 in landscaping mounds)
Storm Water Drainage 500m
Perforated Sub-Surface Drainage 1,000m
Surfacing 13,000m2

  • Works phased to maintain daily operation of busy garden centre
