The contract is for the widening of a 1.6km single track road to 6m wide. This includes cross carriageway drainage, roadside filter drains, safety fencing, kerbed footpath adjacent to the road, verging and landscaping. Also included in the contract are earthworks, surfacing, wire fencing, masonry walls, temporary traffic lights and the construction of dry stone walls.
