Project Description

The contract is for the second phase of enabling works for a future new build residential development of approximately 800 units. This second phase encompasses the main distributor roads, streetlighting, service diversions, sewers and construction of substantial attenuation ponds within existing flood plains. The landscaping element encompasses inclusion and protection of existing wetland areas. Construction of cycle paths and footpaths through amenity landscaping corridor is also part of the contract.
