Project Description
The contract is for the construction of a hill access track including two river bridge crossings. Wind turbine reinforced concrete foundations were constructed with the concrete for each foundation produced by an on-site batching plant. Rock for general fill material, processing into road stone and for concrete aggregates was won from an on site rock borrow pit which was then landscaped when the project was complete. A control building was constructed and road improvements on the main roads (eventually used to access the site) were carried out.
